Alena's story
Alena is one of our longest residents at the shelter. She was adopted as a small kitten, bounced around between homes, and returned to us as an adult. She is absolutely gorgeous! Alena has a "strong" personality!! She would be in HEAVEN if she could be an only kitty, or maybe only have one other kitty friend. She is a bossy girl, so probably wouldn't do best with another dominant kitty. Though she hasn't been dog tested, she seems like with proper introduction and time she could certainly rule a dog house hold like the queen she is. Alena is a bit of a mooch and has no shame in stealing food, so someone with a good sense of humor who is willing to lock her up during dinner would be best! We KNOW the purrfect family for this affectionate girl is out there--can it be you??
Alena's adoption donation helps cover her spay, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, testing for Leukemia (neg), deworming and flea prevention.
